Unique and potent, with a prominent body holding aromas of sour cherry, coffee, tobacco, toast and finally spices such as pepper, sage, and peppermint; the color is pomegranate and the taste prominent, rounded and chocolaty. Aged for one year in American Oak. Light, smooth, with lively acids and aromas of cooked dark fruits, spices and black pepper. Serve with meats, tuna and cheese. |
